Excellent! What more can I say. I needed a new key fob for my 2020 jeep. The dealership made it seem like it would take an act of Congress to get a new one but Jon and his son said no problem! Programed the fob and cut the key in 30 minutes. And for half the price of the dealership! Thanks Jon's locks.

Had the locks changed after a new home purchase - showed up on time, and took about 15 minutes for three locks. Was able to make them all the same key, too. Great, fast service. I know who I'm calling if I ever get locked out!

Of course, I had to lose the only key to my vehicle. Did some research in the area and found Jons locksmith. . Made an appointment and the owner came by two days later, Van full of blank keys and equipment. Very professional and easy to work with. Provided two keys for a very modest price. Local business. Veteran owned. No brainer. Highly recommend.I did reach out to two other locksmiths in the area. One told me “ no tech avail ” and the other briefly replied but never followed up.Save your time. My experience here was excellent right from the initial phone call. They gave me quote over the phone and were very pleasant. I arrived at the store and the young man that assisted me was very kind and polite. He programmed a new fob for my car and cut a new key for an excellent price and it did not take long at all! I had wanted a fob key and another valet key made for my Honda, which only came with a valet key. I went to other places (like home depot/ace, etc) but had no luck. The 2 times I went there, they were able to make my keys and programmed them in about 10 minutes per key. Thank you, Jon! You guys are fantastic! 😄

When you buy a house, there's a million things you have to do all at once, and it can be a little overwhelming. One of those things is getting those locks replaced, which usually means several calls, lots of scheduled and missed dates, an incredible amount of money, and (possibly? usually?) shoddy work. Oh, and just for added stress, grunty rudeness.You can imagine my delight when Jon brought none of these characteristics to the experience. He was warm, gentle, and very patient, and even put me at ease during the process. "No problem, we'll take care of this," he kept assuring me.He offered to arrive early, took care of everything in record time, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Strong recommendation, if you need any lock work, call Jon!

Jon was fantastic!! He came out right away and had us with brand new knobs and locks in the blink of an eye. He was friendly and professional and didn't try to oversell us on things. He explained the process of what he was doing and why. He was priced the job fairly and I can't recommend him highly enough! Next time we need a lock changed, we're calling Jon for sure!
